Shipping policy

All items ship from our home studio in Boardman, Ohio.

We use USPS and Fedex for shipping. Please contact us for shipping preferences.

 

• Order processing times: The time it takes for us to complete your order depends on the items you purchased and the size of your order.  Some items may ship within a few days, other items may take 1-6 weeks. For accurate processing time for your order please contact us. Orders cannot be cancelled due to processing times.

 

• Domestic and international shipping options: Standard shipping within the US is free. International shipping rates vary. We are unable to ship to France, Great Britain, and Germany. Duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

• Shipping costs: Standard shipping within the US is free. To purchase a shipping upgrade please contact us.

 

• Returns, changes, and cancellations: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work returns and cancellations are not available. Some modifications may be made to your order. Please contact us to request customization/modification.

 

• Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Delays in obtaining fabric may happen. If a delay will affect your order, we will contact you.

 

• Order tracking details: When your order ships we will send tracking information to the email you used to place your order. Please let us know if you need help tracking your order.
